The Turtle is being referred to as a younger version of Palm Pre which will attract teenagers because of its look. It has a camera but apparently no flash. This might keep the handset’s cost a bit lower.

For Microsoft Pure, it can be very well said that it will give tough competition to handsets such as HTC Pro. The slider phone has middle-end features and bubble-plastic keys.

According to the Microsoft release, Porter, who most recently headed up worldwide distribution for DreamWorks Animation, will oversee Microsoft’s retail store strategy.

The statement issued by the Microsoft, said the stores will be designed to help the company “create deeper engagement with consumers and continue to learn firsthand about what they want and
